Our aim is to help you get the most out of your body through movement screening and one to one training sessions.
We teach a movement based approach. We first screen you, find out where your deficits are, and then work to clean them up. We strive to keep programming as simple as possible to maximise results. We believe in educating you, the client, on how to use your body correctly. That way you can work on fixing and maintaining yourself going forward.
